The Divine Fruit | Persimmons

Persimmon is a fruit of Chinese origin which is best eaten when ripe as it tastes very bitter when it's not ripe. It has a high glucose content which is why it's very sweet and somewhat tastes like a ripe mango. I came across to this fruit at our local grocery store but they sell each fruit for almost $2! I mean...that is so not right! Well, my husband was ecstatic when he found it at the grocery because he knows how good it is and they do have a persimmon tree right at their backyard.

Fab Mondays | Nail Polish Faves

It's Monday again...and there's only 9 days left until Christmas! favorite time of the year is almost here. Speaking of favorites, here's my all time faves when it comes to nail polish. I have been nail polish-free for almost a week now and since my nails need some pampering once in a while, I set out all the colors I always liked and then choose which one I feel that really stands out at the moment.

Friday Fancies | Sweater Weather

It's a sweater weather again ladies! I'm really adoring the over-sized sweaters tops as a comfy style look. Though sometimes it irritates me to even think about bundling up just because it's too cold outside. There have been several storms hitting different states at an unexpected time. It's weird that it's not even winter time and we've already been getting snow.

Sweater Weather

Anyway, which one here is your bet? Well, I love all of them! With an over sized sweater, you can actually wear them with almost anything! Even sweat pants.

Travel Thursdays | Farmer's Market KC

This place is one of my favorite places to visit here in Kansas City. I love going to shopping malls and outlet malls but Farmer's Market is the first thing that comes to my mind if I want to unwind. Here you can find fresh produce, fresh baked goods, and handmade crafts exclusively created and grown by local farmers.

DIY Sewing Table

Hello there! How's your Wednesday so far? Well, here I am today sharing my first ever DIY post on this blog. On a side note, I plan on posting here regularly and I was thinking about calling it DIY Wednesday! I think that sounds in tune. Hopefully I could keep the pace, though. Now moving on, I just want to show you the before and after pictures of my sewing table project. If you want the step by step tutorial on sanding, painting and all that she-bangs, I can give you the link of another blog post that I found on Pinterest.

Yema Cake Delish

One of my favorite things to do when I'm bored is baking. I love cakes and basically anything dessert. Every time I bake, I always wish I could eat everything but since I'm that conscious about my weight, I tend to forcefully eat just a little of it. Despite of the dieting frenzy, it never stopped me from baking.
